Haryana government transfers 16 IAS and 10 HCS officers

Chandigarh: The Haryana government on Tuesday (September 8, 2026) issued transfer and posting orders for 16 IAS and 10 HCS officers with immediate effect. The reshuffle includes changes at the level of Principal Secretaries, Commissioners and senior field officers, besides several postings in the state’s urban development, revenue, transport, agriculture and other departments.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Rajeev Ranjan (IAS:1998:HY), Principal Secretary, Labour Department, has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Fisheries Department.
2. Amneet P Kumar (IAS:2001:HY), Principal Secretary, Future Department, Principal Secretary, Foreign Cooperation and Print and Publication Department, and Principal Secretary, Sports Department, has been posted as Principal Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department, Principal Secretary, Department of Future, and Principal Secretary, Sports Department.
3. Shekhar Vidyarthi (IAS:2004:HY), Commissioner & Secretary, Women & Child Development Department and Director General, Fire Services, Haryana, has been given additional charge of Chairman, Haryana State Pollution Control Board.
4. J Ganesan (IAS:2006:HY), Commissioner & Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department, Commissioner & Secretary, Citizen Resources Information Department, Director General, Housing for All, and Chief Executive Officer, Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for Haryana AI Development Project (HAIDP) and Haryana Clean Air Project for Sustainable Development (HACPSD) and other externally-aided projects, and Managing Director, HARTRON, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Citizen Resources Information Department, Chief Executive Officer, SPV for HAIDP and HACPSD and other externally-aided projects, Director General, Town & Country Planning Department, and Director General, Urban Estates, Haryana.
5. Ashok Kumar Meena (IAS:2006:HY), Commissioner & Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department and Director General, Foreign Cooperation Department, Haryana, has been trasferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department and Commissioner & Secretary, Cooperation Department.
6. Chander Shekhar Khare (IAS:2008:HY), Managing Director, Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation Ltd., Managing Director, Gurugram Metro Rail Ltd., and Chief Administrator, Haryana Shaheri Vikas Pradhikaran, Panchkula, has been posted as Managing Director, HAFED, and Director General, Housing for All, and Secretary to Government, Haryana, Housing for All Department.
7. Sharandeep Kaur Brar (IAS:2009:HY), Director, Haryana State Warehousing Corporation Limited, has been posted as Director General, Urban Local Bodies, and Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department, Mission Director, State Urban Livelihood Mission and State Urban Development Authority, Haryana.
8. Mani Ram Sharma (IAS:2009:HY), Secretary, Health Department, has been posted as Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management Department and Chief Settlement Commissioner, Haryana.
9. Rajnarayan Kaushik (IAS:2010:HY), Director General, Agriculture, and Managing Director, Haryana Seeds Development Corporation, has been posted as Managing Director, HARTRON, and Managing Director, Haryana State Warehousing Corporation Limited.
10. Amit Khatri (IAS:2011:HY), Director, Town & Country Planning, Special Secretary, Haryana, Town & Country Planning Department, Director, Urban Estates, Haryana, Director, Archaeology & Museums and Special Secretary, Archaeology & Museums Department, and Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Ltd., Panchkula, has been posted as Director, Agriculture, Managing Director, Haryana Seeds Development Corporation, Director, Archaeology & Museums Haryana and Special Secretary, Archaeology & Museums Department, and Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Ltd., Panchkula.
11. Vinay Pratap Singh (IAS:2011:HY), Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of Haryana, New Delhi; Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Haryana and Special Secretary, Excise & Taxation Department; and Chairman, Haryana State Pollution Control Board, has been posted as Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of Haryana, New Delhi; Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation; and Managing Director, Haryana Financial Corporation.
12. Mukul Kumar (IAS:2011:HY), Director/Special Secretary, Urban Local Bodies, and Mission Director, State Urban Livelihood Mission and State Urban Development Authority, and Director/Special Secretary, Hospitality Departmemt, has been transferred and posted as Chief Administrator, Haryana Shaheri Vikas Pradhikaran, Panchkula; Managing Director, Gurugram Metro Rail Ltd.; Managing Director, Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation Ltd.; and Director, Hospitality/ Special Secretary, Hospitality Department.

Sushil Sarwan (IAS:2012:HY), Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation and Managing Director, Haryana Financial Corporation, has been transferred and posted as Director/Special Secretary, Development & Panchayats Departmeny; and Managing Director, Haryana State Co-operative Apex Bank Limited.
14. Parth Gupta (IAS:2013:HY), Director/Special Secretary, Sports Department; Director/Special SecretaryTourism Department; and Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation Limited, has been given additional charge of Director/Special Secretary, Skill Development & Industrial Training Department.
15. Anish Yadav (IAS:2014:HY), Director/Special Secretary, Development & Panchayats Department; Director, HAFED and Managing Director, Haryana International Horticultural Marketing Corporation, Ganaur, has been transferred and posted as Excise and Taxation Commissioner, and Special Secretary, Excise & Taxation Department; Special Secretary, Finance Department; and Managing Director, Haryana International Horticultural Marketing Corporation, Ganaur.
16. Vivek Padam Singh (IAS:2014:HY), Controller, Printing & Stationery, and Special Secretary, Printing & Stationery Department; Member Secretary, Haryana State Backward Classes Commission; and Member Secretary, Haryana Vimukt Ghumantu Jati Vikas Board, has been transferred and posted as Administrator, HSVP, Rohtak and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Rohtak.
17. Yogesh Kumar Mehta (HCS:2004), Secretary, State Police Complaint Authority, and Secretary, Haryana Traders Welfare Board, has been transferred as Secretary, Haryana Traders Welfare Board and Secretary, Haryana State Food Commission.
18. Nishu Nee Namrata Singal (HCS:2011), Additional Transport Commissioner (Road Safety), has been posted as Additional Director (Admn.), Elementary Education, and Additional State Project Director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojana Parishad.
19. Virat (HCS:2011), OSD to Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, has been posted as Controller, Printing & Stationery, and Additional Secretary, Printing & Stationery Department, in addition to his present duties.
20. Jagdeep Singh (HCS:2013), OSD, Office of Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar, has been posted as Estate Officer-I, HSVP, Hisar and Land Acquisition Officer, Hisar.
21. Sandeep Aggarwal (HCS:2016), Additional Transport Commissioner, has been posted as Additional Director (Admn.), Welfare of SCs & BCs, Haryana.
22. Rakesh Saini (HCS:2016), Estate Officer-I, HSVP, Gurugram, has been posted as Estate Officer-II, HSVP, Gurugram and Land Acquisition Officer, Gurugram.
23. Anupma Malik (HCS:2016), Estate Officer-II, HSVP, Gurugram and Land Acquisition Officer, Gurugram, has been posted as Estate Officer-I, HSVP, Gurugram.
24. Suresh Ravesh (HCS:2019), awaiting posting, has been posted as Joint Commissioner, Haryana Transport Department.
25. Neeraj Sharma (HCS:2022), Joint Director (Admn.), Elementary Education, and Secretary (Legal), Haryana Staff Selection Commission, has been posted as Secretary, State Police Complaint Authority, Haryana and Secretary (Legal), Haryana Staff Selection Commission.
26. Myank Verma (HCS:2023), Joint State Project Director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojana Parishad and Joint Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat, Haryana Health Protection Authority, has been posted as Joint Director (Admn.), Food & Drugs Administration, Haryana and Joint Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat, Haryana Health Protection Authority.
