Haryana : Four IAS officers transferred

The Haryana government on Thursday issued transfer and posting ordres of four IAS officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Bhupindra Singh (IAS:2005:HY) : Director and Special Secretary, Social Justice & Empowerment and Special Secretary, Finance Department with additional charge of Director and Special Secretary, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department.
2. Dusmanta Kumar Behera (IAS:2007:HY) : Director and Special Secretary, Medical Education and Research Department
3. Rajnarayan Kaushik (IAS:2010:HY) : Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission.
4. Mahavir Singh (IAS:2014:HY) : Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal and Secretary, RTA, Kaithal.
