Haryana: 7 IAS officers shifted; 5 get new Postings, 2 assigned addl charge

The Haryana government on Thursday issued transfer and posting orders for seven IAS officers. Of these, five officers have been given fresh postings, while two officers have been entrusted with additional responsibilities alongside their existing roles.

The names of the officers and their posting are as follows;

1. Virender Lather (IAS:2014:HY), Chief Executive, Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board, Controller, Printing & Stationery,
   and Special Secretary, Printing & Stationery Department, has been transferred and posted as District Municipal Commissioner, Ambala and Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, Ambala.
2. Rahul Nanval (IAS:2016:HY), Special Secretary, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Department, Director, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, and Managing Director, CONFED, has been given additional charge of Special Director, Rural
   Development, and Special Secretary, Rural Development Department.
3. Hitesh Kumar Meena (IAS:2019:HY), Additional Executive Officer, Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Public Works (B&R) Department.
4. Dr. Balpreet Singh (IAS:2019:HY), District Municipal Commissioner, Ambala and Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, Ambala, has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive, Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board and Director, Archives, and Additional Secretary, Archives Department.
5. Renu Sogan (IAS:2019:HY), Additional Secretary, Grievances Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Citizen Resources Information Department (CRID).
6. Dr. Priyanka Soni (IAS:2012:HY), Special Secretary, Vigilance Department and Special Secretary, Monitoring & Coordination, has been given additional charge of Director, New & Renewable Energy, and Special Secretary, New and Renewable Energy Department.
7. Akhil Pilani (IAS:2018:HY), District Municipal Commissioner, Yamunanagar, has been given additional charge of Commissioner, Municipal
   Corporation, Yamunanagar.
