Haryana : 35 IPS officers transferred

The Haryana government on Saturday issued transfer and posting orders of 35 IPS officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Ajay Singhal (IPS:1992:HY) : ADGP/SVB, Panchkula.
2. Sandeep Khirwar (IPS:1995:HY) : IGP, Rohtak Range with additional charge of IGP, Sunaria Complex.
3. Dr. Hanif Qureshi (IPS:1996:HY) : IGP/IRB Bhondsi with addl. charge of DG-cum-Secretary, New & Renewable Energy Deptt.
4. Y. Puran (IPS:2001:HY) : IGP/Prisons, Panchkula.
5. Ashwin (IPS:2006:HY) : SP, Jind with addl. charge of SP/ Railways, GRP has been given addl. charge of DIG/Railways & Commondo (on promotion).
6. Sukhbir Singh (IPS:2006:HY) : DIG, SCRB, Madhuban (on promotion).
7. Dr. Arun Singh (IPS:2006:HY) : SP, Sirsa (on promotion in the rank of DIG).
8. Ashok Kumar (IPS:2006:HY) : SP, Jhajjar (on promotion in the rank of DIG).
