Haryana : 23 IAS officials transferred

In a massive administrative rejig, the Haryana Government on Wednesday issued transfer and posting orders of 23 IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Dheera Khandelwal (IAS:1986:HY) : ACS, Art & Culture Affairs and Environment & Climate Change Department has been given charge of Women & Child Development department in addition to his present duties.
2. Siddhi Nath Roy (IAS:1987:HY) : ACS, Urban Local Bodies Department.
3. Anurag Rastogi (IAS:1990:HY) : Principal Secretary, Excise & Taxation Department has been given charge of Principal Secretary, Transport Department in addition to his persent duties.
4. V. Umashankar (IAS:1993:HY) : Additional Principal Secretary, Chief Minister, CEO, Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran and Principal Secretary, Citizen Resource Information Department.
5. Anurag Agrawal (IAS:1994:HY) : CEO and Principal Secretary, Elections Department has been given the charge of MD, Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation in addition to his persent duties.
6. Vijayendra Kumar (IAS:1995:HY) : Secretary, General Administration, Revenue & Disaster Management-I Departments and CEO, Saraswati Heritage Board has been given the charge of Principal Secretary, Skill Development & Industrial Training Department in addition to his persent duties.
7. Rakesh Gupta (IAS:1997:HY) : Project Director, Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates Programme, Nodal Officer, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and DG, Skill Development & Industrial Training & Employment.
8. Nitin Kumar Yadav (IAS:2000:HY) : Secretary Personnel, Training, Vigilance & Parliamentary Affairs Departments, Director Training (Ex-officio) and Inquiry Officer, Vigilance has been given the charge of DG, Supplies & Disposals in addition to his persent duties.
9. Pankaj Agarwal (IAS:2000:HY) : Labour Commissioner, Haryana and Secretary, Haryana Labour Department.
10. Vijay Singh Dahiya (IAS:2001:HY) : DG, Agriculture and Secretary, Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Department.
11. Ajit Balaji Joshi (IAS:2003:HY) : DG, Higher Education & Secretary, Higher Education Department.
12. Wazeer Singh Goyal (IAS:2003:HY) : Secretary, Archives Department and DG, Archives.
13. A Sreenivas (IAS:2004:HY) : MD, Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation.

22. Prabhjot Singh (IAS:2010:HY) : Special Secretary, Health Department and Mission Director, National Health Mission, Haryana.
23. Virender Kumar Dahiya (IAS:2013:HY) : Director and Additional Secretary, Transport Department has been given charge of the Additional Excise and Taxation Commissioner in addition to his present duties.
