Haryana: 21 IAS and 65 HCS officers shifted before Assembly Elections declared

Before the Election Commission of India announced the Haryana Assembly Election date on Friday, the Haryana government, anticipating the implementation of the model code of conduct, carried out a major reshuffle in the state’s bureaucracy. A total of 86 officers, including 21 IAS officers and 65 HCS officers, were transferred and given new responsibilities.

The names of the IAS officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Dr. Vivek Bharti (IAS:2016:HY), Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Sirsa, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal.
2. Dr. Jainder Singh Chhilar (IAS:2016:HY), Additional Deputy Commissioner-Cum- District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Charkhi Dadri and District Municipal Commissioner, Charkhi, has been transferred and posted as District Municipal Commissioner, Panipat and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Panipat.
3. Dr. Brahmjeet Singh Rangi (IAS:2016:HY), Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum- District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Palwal and District Municipal Commissioner, Palwal, has been transferred and posted as District Municipal Commissioner, Rohtak and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rohtak.
4. Sahil Gupta (IAS:2017:HY), District Municipal Commissioner, Panipat and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Panipat, has been transferred and posted as Additional Managing, Director, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd.
5. Dr. Vaishali Sharma (IAS:2017:HY), Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Kurukshetra, CEO, Kurukshetra Development Board, Kurukshetra and District Municipal Commissioner, Kurukshetra, has been transferred and posted as District Municipal Commissioner, Hisar and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hisar.
6. Akhil Pilani (IAS:2018:HY), Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Karnal, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Palwal lnformation Officer, Palwal and District Municipal Commissioner, Palwal.
7. Vaishali Singh (IAS:2019:HY), Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Rohtak, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Mahendragarh.
8. Deepak Babulal Karwa (IAS:2020:HY), Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Mahendragarh, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum- District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Kaithal.

11. Narendra Kumar (IAS:2021:HY), Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Palwal, has been transferred and posted as District Municipal Commissioner, Rohtak and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rohtak.
12. 13. Vishwajeet Chaudhary (IAS:2021:HY), Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Badshahpur, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Charkhi Dadri. and District Municipal Commissioner, Charkhi.

15. Yash Jaluka (IAS:2021:HY), Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Naraingarh and CEO-cumExecutive Director, Naraingarh Sugar Mills, Naraingarh, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Karnal.
