Haryana: 18 IAS officers shifted, Amit Agrawal gets addl. charge of MD, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd

The Haryana government on Monday (02.01.2024) executed a significant bureaucratic overhaul, reshuffling a total of 18 IAS officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are given below:

1. D Suresh (IAS:1995:HY), Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Human Resource Department.
2. Vijay Singh Dahiya (IAS:2001:HY), waiting for posting orders, has been posted as Commissioner, Karnal Division, Karnal.
3. Amit Kumar Agrawal (IAS:2003:HY), Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Director General/Secretary, Information, Public Relations, Languages & Culture Department, Project Director, Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates Programme, Secretary, Grievances Department and Director General of Art & Cultural Affairs, has been relieved from the charges of Director General/Secretary, Information, Public Relations, Languages & Culture Department , Secretary, Grievances Department and Director General of Art & Cultural Affairs. He has been given charge of MD, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd..
4. Ashima Brar (IAS:2004:HY), Director General /Secretary, Secondary Education Department, State Project Director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad and Director General/Secretary, Medical Education & Research Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and Director General/ Secretary Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department.
5. C G Rajini Kaanthan (IAS:2004:HY), waiting for posting orders, has been posted as Director General/Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department, Director General, MSME and Advisor/Secretary, Civil Aviation Department.
6. Phool Chand Meena (IAS:2004:HY), District Municipal Commissioner, Gurugram, Municipal Commissioner, Gurugram and CEO, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority, Gurugram, has been transferred and posted as MD, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited.
7. A Sreenivas (IAS:2004:HY), CEO, Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Faridabad and MD, HARCO Bank, has been given aaditional charge of CEO, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority, Gurugram.
8. Shekhar Vidyarthi (IAS:2004:HY), Director General/ Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department, Director General, MSME and Advisor/Secretary, Civil Aviation Department, has been transferred and posted as Director General/Secretary, Archives Department and Director General/Secretary, Transport Department.
9. Mandip Singh Brar (IAS:2005:HY), Director General/ Secretary, Mines & Geology Department, Mission Director, Mukhya Mantri Antyodaya Parivaar Utthaan Yojna and MD, Haryana State Warehousing Corporation Ltd, has been given charge of Director General / Secretary, Information, Public Relations, Languages & Culture Department.
10. Saket Kumar (IAS:2005:HY), MD, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitaran Nigam Ltd., and Commissioner, Karnal Division, has been relieved from the charge of Commissioner, Karnal Division and given additional charge of Director General/Secretary, Medical Education & Research Department.
11. Khetmalis Makarand Pandurang (IAS:2007:HY), Deputy Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, CEO, Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Ltd, Panchkula and Director General/Secretary, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department, has been transferred and posted as MD, Haryana State Warehousing Corporation Ltd., CEO, Panchkula, Metropolitan Development Authority, Panchkula and CEO, Sonipat Metropolitan Development Authority, Sonipat.
12. Jaibir Singh Arya (IAS:2009:HY), waiting for posting orders, has been posted as Special Secretary, Finance Department.
13. Rajnarayan Kaushik (IAS:2010:HY), Special Secretary, Health Department, Mission Director, National Health Mission and CEO, Ayushman Bharat Haryana Health Protection Authority, has been transferred and posted as Director, Agriculture Department.
14. Jitendra Kumar-I (IAS:2010:HY), District Municipal Commissioner, Rohtak and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raohtak, has been transferred and posted as Director/Special Secretary, Secondary Education Department and State Project Director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojana Parishad.
15. Aditya Dahiya (IAS:2011:HY), Special Secretary, HRD, Special Secretary, GAD and Secretary, Central Committee of Examination, has been given additional charge of Special Secretary, Health Department, Mission Director, National Health Mission, Haryana and CEO, Ayushman Bharat Haryana Health Protection Authority.
16. Amit Khatri (IAS:2011:HY), MD, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd., Director/Special Secretary, Archaeology & Museums Department, Director/Special Secretary, Town and Country Planning Department and Director, Urban Estates, has been given one more charge of CEO, Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Ltd. Panchkula.
17. Narhari Singh Banger (IAS:2011:HY), Director, Agriculture, has been transferred and posted as District Municipal Commissioner, Gurugram and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram.
18. Sachin Gupta (IAS:2018:HY), District Municipal Commissioner, Panchkula and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Panchkula, has been given additional charge of Administrator (HQ), HSVP, Panchkula.
