Haryana: 13 senior IAS officers shifted, Rajesh Khullar posted as FC, Revenue

The Haryana government on Sunday (16.04:2023) issued transfer and posting orders for 13 IAS officers and one IRS officer.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Rajesh Khullar (IAS:1988:HY), awiting posting orders, has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary and Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Disaster Management and Consolidated Departments; Additional Chief Secretary, School Education Department and Aditional Chief Secretary, Information, Public Relations, Languages and Cultural Department. Khuller, who went on central deputation as ED, World Bank in Washington DC, had joined back his parent cadre last month following his premature repatriation.

2. Sudhir Rajpal (IAS:1990:HY), Additional Chief Secretary, Printing & Stationery Department, has been transferred and posted as Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Department and Additional Chief Secretary, Civil Aviation Department.
3. Dr. Sumita Misra (IAS:1990:HY), Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Medical Education and Research Department and Additional Chief Secretary, women and Child Development Department.
4. Ankur Gupta (IAS:1990:HY), Additional Chief Secretary, PW (B&R) & Architecture Deprtment and Additional Chief Secretary, Civil Aviation Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department and Additional Chief Secretary, Fisheries Department.
5. Anurag Rastogi (IAS:1990:HY), Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Planing Deprtments and Additional Chief Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Planing Deprtments and Additional Chief Secretary, PW (B&R) & Architecture Department.
6. Anand Mohan Sharan (IAS:1990:HY), Additional Chief Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department and Additional Chief Secretary, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Department, has been given additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Higher Education Department.
7. Dr. Raja Sekhar Vundru (IAS:1990:HY), Additional Chief Secretary, Labour Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Housing for All Department and Additional Chief Secretary, Foreign Cooperation Department.
8. Ashok Khemka (IAS:1991:HY), Additional Chief Secretary, Archives Department, has been given additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary,Printing and Stationery Department.
9. Apoorva Kumar Singh (IAS:1991:HY), Additional Chief Secretary, PHED; Additional Chief Secretary, Mines and Geology Department and Advisor, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, PHED; Advisor, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board and Additional Chief Secretary, Energy Department.
10. Arun Kumar Gupta (IAS:1992:HY), Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department and Additional Chief Secretary, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Town & Country Planning and Urban Estates Department and Mines and Geology Department.
11. Vijayendra Kumar (IAS:1995:HY), Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department; CEO, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board and Principal Secretary, Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Antyodaya (SEWA), Department and CEO, Haraya Saraswati Heritage Board.
12. Navdeep Singh Virk (IPS:1994:HY), Principal Secretary, Transport Department, has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Sports Department.
13. Devinder Singh Kalyan (IRS-IT:1990), Advisor, Finance and Resource Mobilization, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department.
14. Vikas Gupta (IAS:2001:HY), CEO, Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Urban Local Bodies and CEO, Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority.
