Haryana: 12 IPS officers shifted, Mamta Singh posted as ADGP, Law & Order

The Haryana government on Friday (03.03.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for twelve IPS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Shrikant Jadhav (IPS:1994:HY), ADGP, HSNCB, Madhuban with additional charge of ADGP, Ambala Range, Ambala, has been transferred and posted as ADGP, Hisar Range, Hisar.
2. Mamta Singh (IPS:1996:HY), ADGP, Rohtak Range, Rohtak with additional charge of ADGP, RTC, Bhondsi, has been transferred and posted as ADGP, Law & Order (H) with additional charge ADGP, Enforcement Wing (H) & ADGP, RTC, Bhondsi.
3. Amitabh Singh Dhillon (IPS:1997:HY), IGP, Modernization (H) with additional charge of IGP, Cyber has been transferred and posted as IGP, HSNCB, Madhuban with additional charge of IGP, Moderanization (H) and IGP, Cyber.
4. Sanjay Kumar (IPS:1997:HY), IGP, Administration, Haryana, with additional charge of IGP, Law & Order (H) at PHQ has been given additional charge of Commissioner of Police, Panchkula.
5. Rajender Kumar (IPS:1998:HY), IGP/CM Flying Squad, Chandigarh with additional charge of Director, Vigilance & Security, HPUs has been relieved of the charge of Director, Vigilance & Security, HPUs and given additional charge of IGP, Enforcement Wing (H).
6. Sibash Kabiraj (IPS:1999:HY) has been appointed as IGP/Ambala Range, Range on return from central deputation.
7. Y Puran Kumar (IPS:2001:HY), IGP, HAP, Madhuban, has been transferred and posted as IGP, Home Guards, Haryana.
8. Rakesh Kumar Arya (IPS:2003:HY), IGP, Hisar Range, Hisar with additional charge of IGP, Personnel, Panchkula has been transferred and posted as IGP, Rohtak Range, Rohtak with additional charge of IGP, Personnel, Panchkula.
9. Satender Kumar Gupta (IPS:2004:HY), IGP, Karnal Range, Karnal with additional charge of IGP, SCRB, Panchkula, has been transferred and posted as IGP, Karnal Range with additional charge of IGP, SCRB, Panchkula & IG, HAP, Madhuban.
10. Kulwinder Singh (IPS:2005:HY) has been appointed as IGP, CID (H) with additional charge IGP, Railways & Commando (H), Panchkula.
11. Dr. Arun Singh (IPS:2006:HY), DIG/Anti Corruption Bureau with additional charge DIG, HAP, Madhuban has been transferred and posted as DIG, HPA, Madhuban.
12. Ashok Kumar (IPS:2006:HY), DIG, ACB, Ambala has been appointed as DIG, SCB (H).
