Haryana: 12 IAS and 67 HCS officers shifted

The Haryana government on Wednesday (05.02.2025) carried out a major bureaucratic reshuffle, issuing transfer and posting orders for 12 IAS officers and 67 HCS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Sudhir Rajpal (IAS:1990:HY), ACS, Health & Family Welfare Department, ACS, Medical Education & Research Department and ACS, Ayush Department, has been given additional charge of ACS, Women & Child Development.
2. Amneet P Kumar (IAS:2001:HY), Commissioner & Secretary, Women & Child Development and Commissioner & Secretary, Archives Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Fisheries Department and Commissioner, Archives Department.
3. Ashima Brar (IAS:2004:HY), Excise & Taxation Commissioner and Secretary, Excise & Taxation Department and MD, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Cooperation Department & Managing Department, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited.
4. Phool Chand Meena (IAS:2004:HY), Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak.
5. Shekhar Vidyarthi (IAS:2004:HY), Director General, Archives and Secretary, Archives Department, has been given additional charge of Director General, Fire Services.
6. Dusmanta Kumar Behera (IAS:2007:HY), Director General, Development & Panchayats and Secretary, Development & Panchayats Department, has been given additional charge of Transport Commissioner and Secretary, Transport Department.
7. Anshaj Singh (IAS:2008:HY), Director General, Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management and Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak, has been transferred and posted as Director General, Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management and Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala.
8. Vinay Pratap Singh (IAS:2011:HY), Director, Human Resources and Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of Haryana, New Delhi, has been given additional charge of Excise & Taxation Commissioner and Special Secretary, Excise & Taxation Department.
9. Dr. Shaleen (IAS:2012:HY), Director, Tourism and Special Secretary, Tourism Department, has been given additional charge of Managing Director, Haryana State Warehousing Cooperation Limited.
10. Saloni Sharma (IAS:2019:HY), Director, Tourism and Special Secretary, Tourism Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Bhiwani and District Municipal Commissioner, Bhiwani.
11. Harshit Kumar (IAS:2020:HY), Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Bhiwani and District Municipal Commissioner, Bhiwani, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Municipal Corporation, Sonipat and District Municipal Commissioner, Sonipat.
12. Rahul Modi (IAS:2020:HY), Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Fatehabad, has been transferred and posted as District Municipal Commissioner, Rewari.
