Haryana: 11 IAS officers shifted, Sanjay Joon posted as Secretary, Finance

The Haryana government on Thursday (20.04:2023) issued transfer and posting orders for 11 IAS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Sanjay Joon (IAS:2003:HY), Secretary, Health Department; Mission Director, National Health Mission and Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat Haryana Health Protection Authority, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Finance Department.
2. A Sreenivas (IAS:2004:HY), Chief Executive Officer, Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Faridabad, has been given additional charge of MD, HARCO Bank.
3. Dusmanta Kumar Bahera (IAS:2007:HY), Director General/ Secretary Urban Local Bodies; Mission Director, State Urban Livelihood Mission and State Urban Development Authority and Director General, Fire Services, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Health Department; Mission Director, National Health Mission, and Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat Haryana Health Protection Authority.
4. Ashok Kumar Garg (IAS:2009:HY), District Municipal Commissioner, Hissar and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hisar (Designate), has been transferred and posted as Director, Elementary Education, and Special Secretary, School Education Department.
5. Jaibir Singh Arya (IAS:2009:HY), Special Secretary, Fisheries Department; Special Secretary, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department; MD, CONFED, and MD, Haryana Land Reclamation & Development Corporation Ltd, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Haryana Fisheries Department; Special Secretary, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department; MD, CONFED, and MD, Haryana State Warehousing Corporation Ltd.
6. Yash Pal (IAS:2011:HY), Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Manesar and Additional CEO, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority, Gurugram, has been transferred and posted as Director/Special Secretary, Urban Local Bodies; Mission Director, State Urban Livelihood Mission, State Urban Livelihood Mission, and State Urban Development Authority and Director, Fire Services.
7. Dhirendra Khadgata (IAS:2012:HY), District Municipal Commissioner, Rohtak; Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rohtak; Administrator, HSVP, Rohtak and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Rohtak, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Environment, Forests & Wildlife Department; Administrator, HSVP, Rohtak; Additional Director, Urban Estate, Rohtak; Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rohtak and District Municipal Commissioner, Rohtak.
8. Dr. Shaleen (IAS:2012:HY), MD, Haryana State Warehousing Corporation Ltd, and MD, HARCO Bank, has been transferred and posted as MD, Haryana Land Reclamation & Development Corporation Ltd and Deputy Commissioner, Ambala.
9. Pradeep Dahiya (IAS:2013:HY), Deputy Commissioner, Nuh, and CEO, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh, has been transferred and posted as District Municipal Commissioner, Hisar, and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hisar.
10. Prashant Panwar (IAS:2015:HY), Deputy Commissioner, Ambala, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Nuh, and CEO, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh.
11. Sahil Gupta (IAS:2017:HY), Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Jind, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Manesar and Additional CEO, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority, Gurugram.
