Haryana : 02 IPS promoted to DGP rank, 10 shifted

The Haryana government on Tuesday promoted two IPS officers from the Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) to the rank of Director General of Police (DGP).

The officers are ;

1. Muhammad Akil (IPS:1989:HY)
2. Dr RC Mishra (IPS:1989:HY)

Besides, the state government has issued the transfer and posting orders of 10 IPS officers.

1. PK Agrawal (IPS:1988:HY) : Director General, State Vigilance Bureau.
2. Muhammad Akil (IPS:1989:HY) : DGP (Crime) with additional charge of Director, State Crime Record Bureau (SCRB), Madhuban.
3. RC Mishra (IPS:1989:HY) : Managing Director, Haryana Police Housing Corporation, with the additional charge of Director, Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), Madhuban.
4. Alok Kumar Roy (IPS:1991:HY) : ADGP (M&W PHQ).
5. Shrikant Jadhav (IPS:1994:HY) : ADGP, Haryana Narcotics Control Bureau, Panchkula.
6. KK Rao (IPS:1996:HY) : Commissioner of Police, Gurugram.
7. OP Singh (IPS:1997:HY) : Commissioner of Police, Faridabad.
8. Vikas Kumar Arora (IPS:1998:HY) : IGP, South Range Rewari.
9. Y. Puran Kumar (IPS:2001:HY) : IGP, Ambala Renge.
10. Krishan Murari (IPS:2007:HY) : SP, HPA, Madhuban with additional charge of SP, PTC, Sunaria.
