Senior IAS officer Vipul Mittra (IAS:1986:GJ) has been appointed as Chairman of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilisers Company (GNFC) as his junior Raj Kumar (IAS:1987:GJ) has been made Chief Secretary. Mittra, being senior to Raj Kumar (IAS:1987:GJ), does not want to serve under him as Additional Chief Secretary, so he has been transferred as Chairman of GNFC.
