The Gujarat government on Tuesday (13,02.2024) issued transfer and posting orders for two IAS officers. They have been appointed in the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer of Gujarat.
- Dr. Kuldeep Arya (IAS:2009:GJ), Additional Industries Commissioner is transferred as Additional Chief Electoral Officer in the office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Gujarat.
- PD Palsana (IAS:2012:GJ), Joint Secretary of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Cooperation Department is transferred as Joint Chief Electoral Officer in Chief Electoral Officer’s office in Gandhinagar.
Chief Electoral Officer (CEO)’s office works for the Election Commission of India (ECI) in Gujarat. The office is responsible for arranging and executing the State assembly and parliament elections.
