Ardra Agrawal (IAS:2007:GJ), on her repatriation to the state cadre, has been appointed as Secretary in the General Administration Department (Planning). She would hold the additional charge of Commissioner of Cottage & Rural Industries and Secretary (Cottage & Rural Industries), Industries & Mines Department.
She was recently repatriated from central deputation where she served as Director of Census Operations (DCO)/ Director of Citizen Registration (DCR), Gujarat, Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli, under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Additionally, BH Talati (IAS-SCS:2010), Special Director, State Institute of Rural Development (SIRD), Ahmedabad, has been transferred and posted as Director, Technical Education.
