Gujarat : 10 IAS officers shifted, J P Gupta is new PS, Finance

The Gujarat government on Friday (29.10.2021) issued transfer and posting orders of 10 IAS officers or gave them additional duties.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Manoj Kumar Das (IAS:1990:GJ) : Additional Chief Secretary, Ports & Transport Department, Gandhinagar.
2. Chandra Vanu Som (IAS:1990:GJ) : Additional Chief Secretary, Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department (R&R), Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar.
3. Jahgdish Prasad Gupta (IAS:1991:GJ) : Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Gandhinagar.
4. Ashwani Kumar (IAS:1997:GJ) : Secretary, Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities Department with additional charge of Director, General, Sports Authority of Gujarat, Gandhinagar.
5. Milind Shivaram Torawane (IAS:2000:GJ) : Secretary, Finance Department (Economic Affairs), Gandhinagar with additional charge of the post of Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Ahmedabad.
6. Avantika Singh Aulak (IAS:2003:GJ) : Secretary to Chief Minister with additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Gujarat Infrastructure Development Board (GIDB), Gandhinagar.
7. B A Shah (IAS-SCS:2009:GJ) : Collector, Botad.
8. Ms. Saidingpuii Chhakchhuak (IAS:2008:GJ) : Additional Secretary (Budget), Finance Department, Gandhinagar with additional charge of Director, Gujarat Energy Development Agency, Gandhinagar.
9. Kamal N Shah (IAS-SCS:2010:GJ) : Additional Industries Commissioner, Gandhinagar.
