Govt re-allocates work portfolio among CBIC Members

The Department of Revenue (Union Finance Ministry) on Thursday (31.03.2022) notified the allocation of responsibilities among Members of Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) under the Chairmanship of Vivek Johri (supervising all members).

The names of the members and their work portfolios are as follows :

1. D P Nagendra Kumar (IRS-C&IT:1985): Member GST, Central Excise, Service Tax & Legal
2. Ms Sungita Sharma (IRS-C&IT:1985): Member, Administration & Vigilance
3. Sandeep Kumar (IRS-C&IT:1987): Member, Tax Policy
4. Balesh Kumar (IRS-C&IT:1987): Member, IT, Taxpayer Services & Technology
5. Rajeev Talwar (IRS-C&IT:1988): Member, Customs
6. Sanjay Kumar Agrawal (IRS-C&IT:1989): Member, Compliance Management
