Govt appoints five IAS officers as Director of Census Operations

The Modi government on Friday announced the appointment of Director of Census Operations (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (DCR) for UP, Mizoram, Chhattisgarh, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

They are ;

1. Ms Sheetal Verma (IAS:2007:UP) : DCO/DCR, Uttar Pradesh for a period upto 31.12.2025.
2. Arun Mishra (IAS:2010:AGMUT) : DCO/DCR, Mizoram for a period upto 30.06.2024 (i.e. till the date of his superannuation).
3. K C Devasenapati (IAS:2007:CG) : DCO/DCR, Chhattisgarh for a period upto 31.12.2025.
4. Pankaj Kumar (IAS:2012:UT) : DCO/DCR, Andaman & Nicobar Islands for a period upto 31.12.2025.
5. Ms. Ardra Agrawal (IAS:2007:GJ) : DCO/DCR, Gujarat for period upto 31.12.2025.
6. Ms. Sharandeep Kaur Brar (IAS:2009:HY) : DCO/DCR, Haryana for a period upto 31.12.2025.
