Government extends CBDT Chairman P C Mody’s tenure by another year

CBDT Chairman P C Mody (IRS-IT:1982) has been given extension in service (on re-employment Basis) for period of one year upto August 31, 2020. Mody was scheduled to retire on August 31. He took over as the Central Board of Direct Taxation (CBDT) chief in February.
