Gitanjali Gupta appointed as CVO, RVNL

Ms. Gitanjali Gupta (IAS:1996:AGMUT) was on Tuesday appointed as CVO, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), Delhi under the Ministry of Railways for an initial period of three years.
