Ghanshyam Bansal appointed as Financial Advisor, NCLAT

Ghanshyam Bansal (IPS:2011:AGMUT) has been appointed to the post of Financial Advisor (Deputy Secretary) in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), New Delhi for four years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday, the competent authority has approved the appointment of Mr. Bansal to the post on deputation basis for a period of four years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
