G S G Ayyangar returns to parent cadre

G S G Ayyangar (IAS:1987:TR), Senior Deputy Director General (Sr.DDG) (Admn.) (JS level), Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) under the Department of Health Research has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre on grounds of availing promotion in the cadre.
