Four officers of Indian Railway Account Service (IRAS) of 1994 and 1995 batch have been empanelled as Joint Secretary or equivalent at the centre.
They are :

3. Hara Prasad Nayak (IRAS:1994)
4. Amitava Mukherjee (IRAS:1995)
