2. M.V. Rao (IAS:1988:WB) : Additional Chief Secretary, P & RD Department.

3. Ajit Ranjan Bardhan (IAS:1989:WB) : Principal Secretary, Youth Services and Sports Department.
4. Choten Dhendup Lama (IAS:1999:WB) : Principal Secretary, GTA as Secretary in P & RD Department.
