Four Additional Judges of Madras HC appointed as Permanent Judges

The Union government on Tuesday (04.03.2025) notified the appointment of four Additional Judges of the Madras High Court as Permanent Judges of that High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.

These judges are ;

1. Justice Ramasamy Sakthivel
2. Justice P Dhanabal
3. Justice Chinnasamy Kumarappa
4. Kandasamy Rajasekar

The Supreme Court Collegium had approved the proposal for appointing the four Additional Judges of Madras High Court as Permanent Judges of the Court vide notification dated February 20, 2025.
