Five IAS officers shifted in Bihar bureaucratic reshuffle

The Bihar government on Tuesday (July 1, 2025) issued transfer and posting orders for 5 IAS officers.

The name of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Mihir Kumar Singh (IAS:1993:BH), Additional Chief Secretary, Road Construction Department with additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Industries Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Industries Department with additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Transport Department.
2. Lokesh Kumar Singh (IAS:2003:BH), Secretary, Rural Development Department with additional charge of Secretary, Tourism Department/ Enquiry Commissioner, GAD, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Health Department.
3. Sandeep Kumar R Pudkalkatti (IAS:2006:BH), Secretary, Transport Department with additional charge of Secretary, Road Construction Department/ Enquiry Commissioner, GAD, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Road Construction Department with additional charge of Enquiry Commissioner, GAD.
4. B Kartikeya Dhanji (IAS:2008:BH), Secretary, Road Construction Department with additional charge of Secretary, Sugarcane Industry/ Enquiry Commissioner, GAD, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Sugarcane Industry with additional charge of Enquiry Commissioner, GAD.
5. Chandrashekhar Singh (IAS:2010:BH), Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Disaster Management Department.
