In a significant development, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet on Tuesday (29.04.2025) approved empanelment of five IAS officers of various cadres and batches for holding Joint Secretary or equivalent level posts at the Centre.
The names of these officers are as follows:
- Amod Kumar (IAS: 1995: UP)
- Idzes Angmo Kundan (IAS: 1996: MH)
- Asvini Kumar Yadav (IAS: 2001: WB)
- Nidhi Kesarwani (IAS: 2004: MN)
- Niranjan Kumar (IAS: 2007: WB)
