The Union Government on Wednesday (23.10.2024) notified the appointment of five Advocates as Additional Judges of Bombay High Court for two years.
They are ;
- Nivedita Prakash Mehta
- Prafulla Surendrakumar Khubalkar
- Ashwin Damodar
- Rohit Wasudeo Joshi
- Advait Mahendra Sethna
The Supreme Court collegium on September 24 approved the proposal to elevate nine Advocates as Additional Judges of the Bombay High Court. The recommendations were made in two sets: the first included four Advocates, while the second featured five. The second list of recommendations was officially notified on Wednesday.
