Five Additional Judges of Madras HC appointed as Permanent Judges

The Union government on Friday (20.09.2024) notified the appointment of five Additional Judges of the Madras High Court as Permanent Judges of that High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.

These judges are ;

1. Justice Lekshmana Chandra Victoria Gowri
2. Justice Pillaipakkam Bahukutumbi Balaji
3. Justice Kandhasami Kulandaivelu Ramakrishnan
4. Justice Ramchandran Kalaimathi
5. Justice K Govindarajan Thilakavadi

The Supreme Court Collegium had approved the proposal for appointing the five Additional Judges of Madras High Court as Permanent Judges of the Court vide notification dated 10th September, 2024.
