Dr. Yashawant Dev Panwar, Scientist ‘F’ in the Technology Information, Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC), has been appointed to the post of Scientific Attache in the Indian Missions at Tokyo, Japan. The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Saturday (01.07.2023) issued the order after getting approval from the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
