Dr. Ravi Kant Gupta appointed as PS to Piyush Goyal

Dr. Ravi Kant Gupta (IRS-IT:2005) was on Thursday appointed as Private Secretary to Piyush Goyal, the Ministry of Railways and Commerce and Industry in the Ministry of Railways for a period of five years.
