Dr. Rajesh S Gokhale, Secretary, Department of Biotechnology, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Department of Science & Technology. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (07.07.2023), the competent authority has approved the assignment of the additional charge of the post to Mr. Gokhale upon relinquishing the charge of the post by Dr. Srivari Chandrasekhar, till the appointment of a regular incumbent or until orders, whichever is earlier.
