Dr. Raghab Prasad Dash was on Thursday appointed as Private Secretary to Narayan Tatu Rane, Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) for a period of 3 years and 8 days (i.e balance period of five years of working as PS/OSD). Presently, he is serving as Director, Rajya Sabha Secretariat.
