Dr. Onkar Nath Singh has been appointed as Technical Member, Plant Varieties Protection Appellate Tribunal in the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers’ Right Authority (PPV&FRA), New Delhi on deputation basis. He is presently posted as Head, Crop Improvement Division, ICAR- National Rice Research Institute, Cuttack.
