Dr. Devyani Uttam Khobragade promoted to Grade-III

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the empanelment of Dr. Devyani Uttam Khobragade for promotion to Grade-III of the Indian Foreign Service on notional basis w.e.f 01.11.2016 i.e the date of promotion of her immediate junior R. Ravindra and on actual basis.
