Dinesh K. Patnaik (IFS:1990) was on Monday (01.11.2021) appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Spain. Presently, he is Director General, Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
