Dinesh Bhatia also to be Ambassador to Uruguay

Dinesh Bhatia (IFS:1992), Ambassador of India-designate to the Republic of Argentina, has been concurrently accredited as the next Ambassador of India to the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, with residence in Buenos Aires.
