Dheeraj Joshi re-designated as Director in DoWR, RD & GR

Dheeraj Joshi (IRSE:2011), currently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation (DoWR, RD & GR), has been re-designated as Director. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (23.12.2024), the competent authority has approved the proposal to re-designate Joshi’s post to Director level with effect from January 1, 2025, or the date he assumes charge of the post, whichever is later and for a period upto 08.03.2026 i.e. total admissible tenure of five years under the central staffing scheme.

It is noteworthy that Dheeraj Joshi embarked on his central deputation tenure on March 09, 2022.
