Dhananjay Kumar Singh, Deputy Secretary (Ad hoc), Central Secretariat Service, has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, Minister of State for Education for a period of four years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), he has been appointed to the post at Deputy Secretary level for a period of four years with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or on co-terminus basis with the Minister or till he ceases to function as OSD to the Minister or until orders, whichever is earlier.
