Devendra Kumar Singh (IAS:1989:KL) was on Wednesday (22.09.2021) named as the first Secretary of the newly created Cooperation Ministry. Singh earlier served as the Additional Secretary and Development Commissioner, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
