H Rajesh Prasad (IAS:1995:AGMUT) has been transferred from Delhi to Jammu & Kashmir. According to an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the competent authority has approved the proposal to transfer Mr. Prasad to Jammu & Kashmir with immediate effect and until further orders. Prior to this assignment, he was serving as Principal Secretary, PWD in Delhi government.
