Senior IPS officer Praveer Ranjan (IPS:1993:AGMUT) has been relieved from the Delhi Police with effect from 16.08.2021 to take up his new assignment as DGP of Chandigarh. Ranjan will be replacing Sanjay Bainiwal (IPS:1989:AGMUT). He was serving as Special CP, Crime in Delhi Police.
