Delhi : Nine IPS officers shifted, SBK Singh is Spl CP, Tech & Project Implementation

Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Anil Baijal on Monday (24.01.2022) issued orders to reshuffle the police lineup of the Capital. L-G transferred nine IPS officers to new postings.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. S B K Singh (IPS:1998:AGMUT) has been posted as Spl. CP, Tech & Project Implementation. He was awaiting posting orders after return from Arunachal Pradesh. He will take charge of the post after the retirement of incumbent Dr Muktesh Chander (IPS:1988:AGMUT) on January 31.
2. Neeraj Thakur (IPS:1994:AGMUT), Spl CP, Special Branch, has been given additional charge of Spl. CP, Crime.
3. Sagar Preet Hooda (IPS:1997:AGMUT), Jt CP of Eastern Range, has been transferred and posted as Spl. CP, Law & Order Zone-II.
4. Chhaya Sharma (IPS:1999:AGMUT), Joint CP, EOW has been given additional charge of Jt CP, Eastern Range.
5. Ajit Kumar Singla (IPS:2004:AGMUT), Addl. CP, Traffic, has been transferred and posted as Joint CP, P & L.
6. P N Khirmey (IPS:2004:AGMUT), Addl. CP, A.P, has been transferred and posted as Jt CP, Security.
7. Hibu Tamang (IPS:2004:AGMUT), Addl. CP, Pers has been transferred and posted as Joint CP, Hqrs.
8. Madhur Verma (IPS:2005:AGMUT), Addl. CP, Security, has been transferred and posted as Addl. CP, Armed Police.
9. Chinmoy Biswal (IPS:2008:AGMUT), Addl. CP, Crime with additional charge of PRO/Delhi Police has been transferred and posted as Addl. CP, Western Range.
