The Ministry of Home Affairs on Tuesday (25.06.2024) appointed senior IAS officer Manish Kumar Gupta (IAS:1991:AGMUT) as Principal Secretary, Home, Govt of NCT of Delhi. The Home Secretary post fell vacant last week after incumbent Ashwani Kumar (IAS:1992:AGMUT) was appointed Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation Delhi (MCD).
