Delhi High Court on Monday denied anticipatory bail to sacked Maharashtra cadre IAS officer Puja Khedkar, who is accused of “misrepresenting and falsifying facts” in her UPSC application.
The High Court also vacated the interim protection from arrest granted to her. Justice Chandra Dhari Singh said that prima facie, a strong case is made out against her.
The court had reserved its order on November 27, 2024, clarifying that interim relief protecting Khedkar from arrest would continue until the judgement was delivered.
