Delhi govt transfers 16 IAS/DANICS officers

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Delhi government on Monday (September 8, 2025) ordered transfer and posting of 15 IAS officers and one DANICS officer with immediate effect.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Prashant Goyal (IAS:1993:AGMUT), Financial Commissioner, has been given additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Food & Civil Supplies and CMD, DFC.
2. Sandeep Kumar (IAS:1997:AGMUT), Principal Secretary (Vigilance) with additional charge of Principal Secretary AR, IT and Environment & Forest, has been posted as Principal Secretary, Vigilance with additional charge of Principal Secretary, AR & IT and Chairman, DPCC.
3. Neeraj Semwal (IAS:2003:AGMUT), Secretary Revenue-cum-Divisional Commissioner with additional charge of Secretary, Land & Building, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Power.
4. Shubhir Singh (IAS:2004:AGMUT), Secretary, Finance, with additional charges of Secretary, GAD and Secretary, Power, has been posted as Secretary, Finance with additional charge of Development Commissioner.
5. Pandurang K Pole (IAS:2004:AGMUT), Secretary, Higher Education & TTE, with additional charge of Secretary, Urban Development, has been posted as Secretary, Higher Education & TTE, with additional charge of Secretary, Education.
6. Vijay Kumar Bidhuri (IAS:2005:AGMUT), awaiting posting, has been appointed Secretary, Urban Development, with additional charge of Secretary, Environment & Forests.
7. Ashok Kumar (IAS:2006:AGMUT), Secretary, Education, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, GAD.
8. Shilpa Shinde (IAS:2006:AGMUT), Development Commissioner with additional charges of Secretary-cum-Commissioner, Labour and Secretary, Cooperation, has been posted as Secretary-cum-Commissioner, Labour with additional charge of Secretary, Cooperation.
9. Sandeep Kumar Singh (IAS:2011:AGMUT), Special Secretary to Chief Minister, has been given additional charge of Special Secretary, Finance.
10. Ravi Jha (IAS:2011:AGMUT), Commissioner, Excise, has been given additional charge of Special Secretary, PWD.
11. Jitendra Kumar Jain (IAS:2013:AGMUT), Special Director, Employment, has been given additional charge of Commissioner, Food Safety.
12. Dr Kinny Singh (IAS:2014:AGMUT), Special Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, with additional charge of Project Director, DSACS and Secretary, PGC, has been posted as Member, Administration, Delhi Jal Board.
13. Sanjeev Kumar (IAS:2014:AGMUT), Special Secretary (AR Department) with additional charge of Special Secretary, SC/ST/OBC/Minorities, has been posted as Special Secretary, Health & Family Welfare.
14. Ravi Dadhich (IAS:2014:AGMUT), Special Secretary, Power with additional charges of MD, IPGCL and MD, PPCL, has been given additional charge of Special Secretary, IT.
15. Yash Chaudhary (IAS:2017:AGMUT), Director, Social Welfare, has been given additional charge of Special Secretary, SC/ST/OBC/Minorities.
16. Praveer Kumar Singh (DANICS:2014), Superintendent, Prisons, has been appointed Executive Director, DSIIDC.
