Delhi govt reshuffles 23 IAS/DANICS officers

The Delhi government on Friday (August 01, 2025) ordered a major reshuffle of IAS and DANICS officers with immediate effect, involving transfers, postings, and allocation of additional charges.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Sandeep Kumar (IAS:1997:AGMUT), Principal Secretary, Vigilance with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Environment & Forests and Principal Secretary, AR, has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, IT.
2. Dr. Dilraj Kaur (IAS:2000:AGMUT), Principal Secretary, GAD with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Social Welfare and Principal Secretary, SC/ST/OBC Welfare, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Social Welfare with additional charge of Principal Secretary, SC/ST/OBC Welfare.
3. Vikas Anand (IAS:2002:AGMUT), Secretary to Chief Minister, has been given additional charge of Secretary, I&P.
4. Shurbir Singh (IAS:2004:AGMUT), Secretary, Power with additional charge of Secretary, Finance, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Finance with additional charge of Secretary, GAD and Secretary, Power.
5. Prince Dhawan (IAS:2012:AGMUT), MD, Delhi Transport Corporation with additional charge of Special Commissioner, Transport, has been given additional charge of Special Secretary, IT and ED, GSDL.
6. G Sudhakar (IAS:2012:AGMUT), Deputy Commissioner/DM, Central, has been given additional charge of MD, SRDC.
7. Pankaj Kumar (IAS:2012:AGMUT), Controller, W&M with additional charge of Deputy Commissioner, HQ, has been given additional charge of Special Secretary, NCR.
8. Tapasya Raghav (IAS:2013:AGMUT), Special Secretary, H&FW with additional charge of Project Director, CATS, has been given additional charge of State Mission Director, Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).
9. Anjali Sehrawat (IAS:2013:AGMUT), Director, Social Welfare with additional charge of Member Secretary, DCW, has been transferred and posted as Director, Higher Education & Director, TTE.
10. Sachin Rana (IAS:2014:AGMUT), Special Commissioner, Trade & Taxes, has been given additional charge of CVO, DTL/IPGCL/PPCL.
11. Kinny Singh (IAS:2014:AGMUT), Special Secretary, Health with additional charge of Secretary, Public Grievance Commission, has been given additional charge of Project Director, Delhi State AIDS Control Society.
12. Suneel Anchipaka (IAS:2014:AGMUT), Special Commissioner, Trade & Taxes, has been given additional charge of Special Secretary, Tourism.
13. Sanjeev Kumar (IAS:2014:AGMUT), Special Secretary, AR, has been given additional charge of Special Secretary, SC/ST/OBC/Minorities.
14. Sandeep Kumar Mishra (IAS:2015:AGMUT), Member Secretary, DPCC, has been given additional charge of Special Secretary, Environment & Forests.
15. Kumar Abhishek (IAS:2016:AGMUT), Director, Higher Education & Director, TTE with additional charge of GM, DCCWS & GM, DSCSC, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner/DM, North, Revenue Department.
16. Yash Chaudhary (IAS:2017:AGMUT), Deputy Commissioner, North, has been transferred and posted as Director, Social Welfare.
17. Sravan Bagaria (DANICS:2001), Special Secretary, Environment & Forests with additional charge of Special Secretary, SC/ST/OBC/Minorities, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner/DM, South-East, Revenue Department.
18. Prashant Kumar (DANICS:2010), Registrar, Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women with additional charge of Registrar, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Public Grievances Cell, in the Chief Minister’s Office.
19. Shingare Ramchandra Mahadev (DANICS:2010), Additional Director, Education, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, DSSSB.
20. Puneet Kumar Patel (DANICS:2012), awaiting posting, has been posted as Additional Secretary, Urban Development.
21. Dr. Nidhi Sarohe (DANICS:2014), Joint Secretary, DSSSB, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Public Grievances Cell, in the Chief Minister’s Office.
22. Ravinder Kumar (DANICS:2019), Deputy Secretary, Finance, has been transferred and placed at the disposal of Delhi Jal Board.
23. Ramesh Kumar (DANICS:2024), awaiting posting, has been posted as Deputy Secretary, Home.
