The Delhi govt removes Services Secretary Ashish Madhaorao More (IAS:2005:AGMUT), hours after SC verdict giving it control over transfer-posting of officers on Thursday. Till the verdict, the service department was under the control of Delh’s Lieutenant Governor (LG).
