The Ministry of Home Affairs Friday (20.05.2022) issued a notification declaring IAS officer Ashwani Kumar (IAS:1992:AGMUT) as the Special Officer of the unified Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) that will come into force from Sunday. The present South MCD Commissioner Gyanesh Bharti (IAS:1998:AGMUT) has been appointed as the Commissioner of the unified MCD.
