Delhi: 21 IPS/DANIPS shifted, 3 Special CPs & 5 Jt CPs get new assignments

In a significant restructuring of the police administration in Delhi, 23 IPS and DANIPS officers have been relocated within the national capital. Notably, some of them have also received promotions as part of this reshuffle.

The names of the officers and their postings are given below:

1. Sunil Kumar Gautam (IPS:1989:AGMUT), Special CP, Training Division, has been transferred and posted as Special CP, Human Resource Division.
2. Chhaya Sharma (IPS:1999:AGMUT), Joint CP, Eastern Range, has been promoted and posted as Special CP, Training Division.
3. Vivek Kishore (IPS:1999:AGMUT), Joint CP, Northern Range, has been transferred and posted as Joint CP, Crime.
4. Vikramjit Singh (IPS:2006:AGMUT), Addl. CP, Western Range, has been promoted and posted as Joint CP, Western Range.
5. A V Deshpande (IPS:2006:AGMUT), Addl. CP, HQ (PHQ), has been promoted and posted as Joint CP, Operations.
6. Ms. Meenu Choudhary (IPS:2000:AGMUT), Joint CP, Southern Range, has been transferred and posted as Joint CP, HQ.
7. Sanjay Kumar Jain (IPS:2002:AGMUT), Joint CP, Security, has been transferred and posted as Joint CP, Southern Range.
8. Chandan Chowdhary (IPS:2010:AGMUT), DCP, South District, has been promoted and posted as Addl. CP, Licensing.
9. Rajiv Ranjan Singh (IPS:2010:AGMUT), DCP, Special Cell, has been promoted and posted as Addl. CP, Northern Range.
10. Shweta Chauhan (IPS:2010:AGMUT), Attached to Manipur government, has been posted as Addl. CP, HQ without prejudice to her attachment with Government of Manipur.
11. Sagar Singh Kalsi (IPS:2010:AGMUT), DCP, Licensing, has been promoted and posted as Addl. CP, Eastern Range.
12. Esha Pandey (IPS:2010:AGMUT), Attached with CBI, has been posted as Addl. CP, Traffic, without prejudice to her attachment to CBI.
13. Sanjay Bhatia (IPS:2010:AGMUT), DCP, Crime, has been promoted and posted as Addl. CP, Crime.
14. Satya Vir Katara (IPS:2010:AGMUT), DCP, Recruitment has been promoted and posted as Addl. CP, Recruitment.
15. Dinesh Kumar Gupta (IPS:2010:AGMUT), DCP, Traffic, has been promoted and posted as Addl. CP, Traffic.
16. Rajendra Singh Sagar (IPS:2010:AGMUT), DCP, 1st Battalion, DAP, has been promoted and posted as Addl. CP, Armed Police.
